Overview
An extra flexible masonry paint that is highly suited to exterior masonry, roughcast, pebble-dash, brickwork, cement, and concrete rendered surfaces. Formulated with a modified acrylic bend that has created a flexible microporous coating that will flex with the substrate where conventional masonry paint would split. It stretches up to 400% on exterior walls to ensure no cracking or peeling and leaves you with a smooth, long lasting finish. It's water based to offer you quick drying times and easy application. This unique masonry paint not only bridges hairline cracks but can also be used as an anti-carbonation coating to help prevent concrete from spalling.

Clean Up | Clean up immediately after use with warm soapy water. Remove as much product as possible prior to cleaning. |
Preparation
For the best results always thoroughly prepare the surface. Ensure the surfaces to be painted are clean dry and free from dust, dirt, grease, and wax.
- Remove any loose or defective paint and ensure the surface is smooth.
- Algae and fungal growths should be removed and treated with a .
- Staining should be treated with .
- Fill any cracks with a flexible exterior filler, fine cracks will be covered with the Extra Flex Masonry Paint however one to two extra coats may be needed to complete bridging.
Application
We always recommend testing a small inconspicuous area to ensure you are happy with the finished results. Please be aware colours can vary on screens.
- Stir well before application and do not apply when temperatures are below 10°C or when rain is likely.
- Apply by brush, roller or conventional H.V.L.P or airless spray, please note coverage will be reduced to 4-6m² per litre when applied with a sprayer.
- Untreated render, plaster, brickwork or any porous substrate should be thinned with approximately 30% fresh clean water.
- Apply two to three coats allowing four hours between each coat.
- On sealed surfaces apply two to three coats, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly.
Aftercare & Storage
Ensure to clean the rim of the paint tin and firmly replace the lid before storing in a cool , dry area that will protect the paint from low temperatures. Do not store in a shed or by hanging on a hook.
